What it measures

Working memory

N-Back forces you to continuously hold, update and compare information — the mental scratchpad behind reasoning, planning and focus. It's among the most sensitive markers of cognitive load and one of the first capacities to narrow when your peak hours are spent.

qEEG Brain Mapping

In a Peak Circle programme, working memory is measured alongside quantitative EEG, so the behavioural score is anchored to the electrical signature of your attention networks.
