The Affective Go / No-Go. Respond to one kind of feeling and hold against the other — then the rule flips. A window onto how emotion bends your control.
Emotional words appear. In the first block, press GO for positive words and hold on negative ones. Then the target flips and you must switch — the hard part.
The affective go/no-go adds feeling to the equation: your ability to act on, or hold back from, emotionally charged information — and to switch that rule on demand. It's a sensitive marker of the prefrontal control that keeps mood from hijacking judgement, and it's closely tied to stress load and Boost.
In a programme this is paired with quantitative EEG and, where indicated, EXOMIND transcranial stimulation — connecting the behavioural pattern to the brain networks that regulate emotion and drive.
